- Submission Guidelines -
As of 4/18/05

NOTE: Failure to adhere to ALL of the follow guidelines will result in your
submission going directly to the trash folder.

* Recently Updated/Added

- All pictures must be of HaloUT content, from one of the released content packs
- Any pictures that contain non-HaloUT content will be rejected
- Using 3rd-party maps and/or UT weapons is fine, but the focus is mainly on HaloUT content
- Be original, don't use a screenshot that has already been posted on the Torlan website
- All Pictures must be in JPEG format and no larger than 1mb in filesize
- All Pictures must have a 100pixel wide thumbnail submitted with them *
- Hand-drawn work is acceptable
- Picture and thumbnail must be submitted in a single ZIP file attachement
- One picture per email
- Subject line must include "TORLAN POTM" first, followed by a summary of the picture
- Body text of the email must include...
--- Your name
--- The piece/pieces of content presented in the picture
--- A clever 3-5 word "catchphrase" (such as "Deadly in Pink") which goes with the picture
--- A brief description of why you think the picture deserves to be posted

- Procedure -

- New Pictures of the Moment are chosen and posted on Sundays *
- All pictures are chosen by me (CaptainValor)
- Resubmission is not necessary, since previously-submitted pictures are still eligible for posting if they haven't been used yet
- The same submitter cannot have a picture posted two consecutive times
